It’s just so much fun trying to figure out how to make things better. My husband and I have traveled a bit and we like to try new things. We often stumble across things that we REALLY like and I generally try to re-create them and then try to make them just a little bit better (sometimes A LOT better!). I always experiment on my family first and of course they almost always like the stuff I make. If I get a good report from the kids, I’ll pack it up and take it to work for the next set of guinea pigs. If they like it, I’m pretty sure I have something special. If I had a dime for every time someone told me “I’ll pay you to make me some of this!” I wouldn’t have to work my day job. What you see here is the result of all that.
A couple of years ago my husband and I received one of those rosemary Christmas trees as a gift. I hated to throw it away after the holiday so I stuck it in the ground. Well here we are two years later with a 'Huge' rosemary shrub next to the house. I had to do something to keep it from taking over so I came up with this.
Though it doesn't go with everything, this is a tasty topper to chicken, lamb and is especially yummy on fried shoestring sweet potatoes.
This will come to you in 1 each 1/2 oz packet
